Marya’s emotional response to a proposed solar installation on neighboring farmland in Warren County, New Jersey leads her on a quest towards resolution. As she flies over a once-familiar terrain, Marya captures nature’s accelerated surge into the future. Travelling in the Caribbean, her camera records the choreography of change as it dances to her poetic narrative. Marya’s film becomes the catalyst that guides the artist as she attempts to locate her point of view and adapt to ‘terra incognita’, the nearly unrecognizable mechanical landscape of her future.
